Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room type.
- Generally reservations cancelled 24 hrs before check-in time is full refund.
- No-show are charged in full
Groups Reserations
- When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
- Group reservation cancellations are discussed when making reservations.
Children and Extra Beds
All children are welcome.
- Free! All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
- Roll-a-way bed available at addition charge of $10, depending on availiblity.
- Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
- Pets : Pets are not allowed.
- Wilbraham Inn accepts these cards and reserves the right to pre-authorize your card prior to arrival.
